No. The Developer tier is a sandbox for up to five non-production agents, intended for design-partner engineers, evaluators and Academy learners. Self-serve onboarding is planned from 2027; until then, request access through the form. Production agents need the Team tier or above.
Usage above the included managed-agent limit is priced separately. We will discuss additional capacity or a higher tier with you; the final terms are set out in your contract.
No. CydraSOC, CydraDevSec and CydraCloud are product add-ons, priced separately from the core platform. They are on the CydraLabs roadmap and not yet generally available.
Deployment into your own cloud account or private VPC is available through our pilot programme. On-premises and sovereign deployment are on the roadmap. Private and on-premises deployment are priced separately.
